Dear Parents / Caregivers
Nga mihi nui ki a koutou

What a wonderful event the kapahaka festival at Hato Paora turned out to be last Thursday. Our students put on a stunning performance and I thank them for showing their commitment to our school. Thank you too parents for your wonderful support.
Lots of sick children and staff at present. Hope things get back to rights soon and all get well.

Enjoy your week,      Jacinta Cousins, Principal

" Faithfulness "

Faithfulness is being true to someone or something.
It is holding on to what you believe is important no matter what happens.
Faithfulness is commitment.
When you are faithful, such as a belief in God, honesty or friendship, others can see your values in the way you act.
You ‘walk the talk’.
When you are faithful, you make your ideals real.

“Be faithful till death, and I will give you the crown of life”                                                                                    Revelations 2: 10

The Hive

Congratulations!

Our readings today focus on the presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Gospel proclaims that Christ himself is our life. It is he who satisfies our hunger and thirst. He chose to make this concept reality in bread and wine. Jesus invites us to share his body and blood, which in Hebrew are symbols of person and life. In these symbols we encounter the living Lord, ever present to us. To share in his life, to be one with him, is to live forever.
