hope the holidays went well for you all. Term three started
off here at school with a hiss and a roar. Today the children
all enjoyed a ‘second’ breakfast as their
'hook in' for our inquiry unit on food this term. See
the photos below.
We welcome new students Ella Ball and Jessie Jukes to
our school community as well as Ayesha Hehir, a College
of Education student who will be in Voyagers for the next
three weeks..

School Mass
Set aside 10am Sunday, August 8, as we are celebrating
our Term 3 parish school/mass at this time. This
will be followed by a pancake breakfast in the hall.

Meeting

Mufti
Mania Our mufti day at the end of last
term raised $176.90. Thank you all for your donation
Read-a-thon
A grand total of $$969.20 was raised by the 36 students
who gained sponsorship. A big thank you to those
children for their excellent efforts.
Ms Hayes has purchased several new hand puppets,
as requested by the children, for use in the library
with some of this money.

holidays delivering pamphlets and phoning for orders.
Your support is most appreciated.
The next step is to get support for the delivery on
August 14. We still need more volunteers please.

On Thursday July 29, the PTFA are holding a disco in the
school hall from 6-8pm. This is for our students only.
Please complete and return the permission slip which accompanies
this newsletter to the school office, along with the $5
entry fee.!!!
